In order to best serve our mutual interest, the following agreement will be made:
A 50% deposit is due at the time of the booking of the party.
Client will notify Geoff Manion as to the number of guests to be served 2 weeks prior to the event date and no allowances will be made for decrease.
By arrangement, the guarantee may be increased during the 2 week period.
Cancellations must be made in writing for our protection. Payments shall not be refunded under any circumstances. Although 90% of the down payment paid may be applied to a future event.
Balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event when the final guest count is given. A 50% deposit is due at the time of the booking of the party.
